Return and Refund Policy

1. Return Window

  • You have 30 days from delivery date to initiate a return or exchange.

2. Eligibility

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Final sale items (e.g., sale‑priced items, limited‑edition bundles, intimates/swimwear) are non‑returnable, except if defective.

3. Return Options

  • Full refund to the original payment method.
  • Store credit or exchange: we’ll automatically add a 10% bonus on credit — just choose your preference when initiating.

4. Fees & Shipping

  • Return shipping is covered by the customer, unless the return is due to a Momfia error (e.g., wrong item/damaged on arrival). 
  • A 5% restocking fee applies to returns over $200 (order total). 
  • If your order originally received free shipping and your return makes the net total drop below $150, the standard shipping cost will be deducted.

5. How to Return or Exchange

  1. Reach out to our Customer Care at MomfiaDesignCo@gmail.com with your order number and reason.
  2. We’ll send you a prepaid return label if applicable or ask you to ship.
  3. Pack securely with the packing slip, affix the label, and send via your carrier.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item (usually within 5 business days), we’ll process your refund/store credit. Refunds typically appear within 7–10 business days.

6. Exchanges

  • For exchanges, please specify the new item, color, or size you want.
  • If the replacement item is more expensive, you’ll be asked to pay the difference; if it’s cheaper, you’ll receive store credit for the difference.

7. Defective or Damaged Items

  • Notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. Include a photo and order number.
  • We’ll cover return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement — your choice.

8. Abuse & "Wardrobing"

  • We take fairness seriously. We reserve the right to limit returns or close accounts if we detect repeated patterns of ordering multiple sizes/colors then returning them after wearing.

9. International Returns

  • International customers pay return shipping. Duties/taxes are non-refundable.
  • For returns due to our mistake, we’ll provide a partial cost refund or replacement.

10. Policy Changes & Updates

  • We may update this policy—check the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
  • Any purchase is covered by the policy version active on your order date.
