At MomFia Design Co, every item is made to order just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Please review the details below to ensure your order is exactly what you want before purchasing.
No Returns or Exchanges
All apparel is custom-printed/embroidered per order, so we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost to you.
To request a replacement, please contact me within 72 hours of delivery with:

Sizing & Color Disclaimer
Address Issues
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If your package is returned to sender, the buyer is responsible for the cost of reshipping.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact your local USPS.
Order Cancellation
Because each item begins production quickly, cancellations are only allowed within 1 hour of purchase.
